Refund and Return Policy

At Sleepy Sock, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for all products, including the Sleepy Sock tracker and our apparel range. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and a photo of the product in its current condition. Our team will review your request and respond within 24Γ’β¬β48 hours with return instructions.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged; in its original packaging with all components, tags, and labels included; the return request is raised within 7 days of delivery; and the product was not purchased during a final-sale or clearance promotion (unless defective).
4. Product-Specific Notes
Sleepy Sock Tracker: Must be returned in its original box with all accessories (sock, charging cable, packaging). The device should not show signs of use or pairing.
Apparel (Graphic Tees): Must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, perfume, or deodorant. All original tags must be attached. Items that have been altered or tailored cannot be returned.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered; products with missing packaging, tags, or accessories; and items purchased as part of a non-refundable promotion or bundle (unless defective).
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Wrong Size (Apparel)
If you ordered the wrong size for any of our graphic tees, you may initiate a return within the 7-day window provided the item is unworn and tags are intact. Return shipping for size-related returns is borne by the customer. We recommend checking our size guide on each product page before ordering.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5Γ’β¬β7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
9. Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind or wrong size), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, Sleepy Sock will cover the return shipping charges.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@sleepysock.in and we will look into it for you.
