At Sleepy Sock, we ensure your orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. We deliver across India, and you can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please note that orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Government Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes across India. If your area is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we'll notify you promptly after your order is placed.
Shipping Partners
Our reliable shipping partners help us facilitate seamless delivery nationwide. We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Tracking
You can easily track your order at any time by logging into your account. Once your order is dispatched, you will also receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media for offers.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple products (for example, a Sleepy Sock tracker and graphic tees), they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock and warehouse location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Sleepy Sock is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise there's an error, contact us immediately at support@sleepysock.in and we'll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping reach in the future.
